Construction was completed on these two medical and general office buildings in December 2008. Located on College Parkway near the intersection of Riverwalk Park Boulevard, this 2.44 acre site was one of the last undeveloped parcels along College Parkway, making this a very valuable location.

The two-story buildings are approximately 14,500 square feet each. The Mediterranean style buildings are mirror images with each featuring a porte-cochere entrance. The site can be accessed via two entrances. One entry directly connects with College Parkway through a right in/right out driveway. The other entrance is located on the west side of the buildings and connects with Riverwalk Park Boulevard, allowing visitors to access through the traffic signaled intersection of Riverwalk Park Boulevard and College Parkway. The site plan offers 132 parking spaces, including a covered parking area long the side of each building, and tropical landscaping.

Developed by Capital Properties Group, the East Building is owned and occupied by Advanced Pain Management and Spine Specialists and houses medical and general offices along with a surgery center. The west building is owned and occupied by Southwest Florida Oral and Facial Surgery and houses medical and general offices.

Permitting through Lee County Development Services, Lee County Utilities, Lee County Department of Health, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection has been required for this development.
