The Pondella Commons retail and commercial center will be located at 353 Pondella Road. Conveniently located near the corner of US 41 and Pondella Road, this 4.35-acre project will be a welcome additional to the area.

The two-story Mediterranean style building will have a total of 50,064 square feet for retail sales and professional office use. With direct access to Pondella Road, the retail and commercial center will allow for easily access to all visitors. In addition, the site offers 225 parking spaces and a lush tropical landscaping plan.

Architectural services provided by Form Group, LLC. Permitting through Lee County Development Services, Lee County Utilities, South Florida Water Management District, Lee County Department of Health, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection was required for this project.
