Dean Martin, P.E. Education: Bachelor of
Science in Engineering of Mines – 1988 Certifications:
Professional Engineer, Florida; License No. 52022 - 1997 TDM Consulting, Inc. was established in 2003 by Mr. Dean Martin. Dean has fifteen years experience in civil engineering in Southwest Florida and has engineered numerous projects ranging from single and multi-family housing developments to churches, commercial and industrial developments. His experience encompasses most of the SW Florida municipalities. Dean is involved in every project and is instrumental in the quality control of all civil engineering plans.
James Messick, E.I. Education: Bachelor of
Science in Civil Engineering – 2005 Certifications: Certified Engineer Intern “E.I.”
(April 2005) Mr. James Messick has been with TDM Consulting, Inc. since July 2006. James has been actively working in the Engineering field since 2001. Since James has joined TDM Consulting, Inc. he has become an integral part of the TDM team. With his experience in Site Development, Utility and Environmental Resource Permitting, Design of Septic and Stormwater Systems, Roadways, and Site Layout, he has been able to contribute to several successful engineering projects.
Veronica Martin Education: Bachelor of
Science in Architectural Engineering – 1989 Professional Memberships/Affiliations: American Planning Association Ms. Veronica Martin has been with TDM Consulting, Inc. since April 2006. Veronica has experience in all phases of planning, including Planned Developments, Conventional Rezoning, Special Exceptions, Conditional Use Approval, Bonus Density, and Variances. Her projects include both residential and commercial developments and are located in unincorporated Lee County, the City of Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Collier County. With her knowledge and professionalism, Veronica has been able to build a rapport with City and County Staff and Officials and has become a valuable asset to not only TDM but our clients as well.
Jennifer Ulrich Ms. Jennifer Ulrich has been with TDM Consulting, Inc since April 2006. With her background in transportation coordination, Jennifer has valuable organizational and communication skills. As a Project Coordinator, Jennifer works with clients and Project Managers, ensuring the projects success. In addition to her role in project development, Jennifer is in charge of TDM Consulting, Inc.’s marketing and promotions. She is responsible for press releases, membership affiliations, advertising, event planning, and much more.
Michelle Addario Ms. Michelle Addario has been with TDM Consulting, Inc. since February 2006. Michelle has an extensive background in customer relations and accounting. As a Project Coordinator, Michelle works with clients and Project Managers ensuring the projects success. In addition to her role in project development, Michelle is also responsible for the day to day operations of the office including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. |
